Ingrid Kössler
As a breast cancer survivor, Ingrid is inspiring others with cancer to assume a hopeful outlook and meaningful life. She currently serves as President of the Swedish Breast Cancer Association (Bröstcancerföreningarnas Riksorganisation-BRO), a post she has held since 2001. Ingrid is also since 2006 the President of EUROPA DONNA, board member of the Swedish Cancer Society and member of the Economic and Social Committee of the European Union.
Ingrid Kössler holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, German and Linguistics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg. She speaks Swedish, English and German fluently and has been a Personnel Consultant since 1996. Ingrid previously worked as a Personnel Manager at AVAB Electronics, as Deputy Director-General at the Swedish National Labour Market Administration and as a teacher in the nine-year compulsory school Gothenburg.
Ingrid is an avid traveler who loves trekking, gardening, literature and music. She currently resides in Gothenburg, Sweden.
