The World Conference on Breast Cancer Foundation is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of breast cancer survivors, health researchers, breast care advocates, and community representatives from Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and Nova Scotia who are knowledgeable in breast cancer issues. The Foundation Board directs conference planning activities through international networking, sponsor relationships, and event planning contractors.
Andrée Godbout
After growing up in Grand Falls, New Brunswick and studying at the Université de Moncton, Andrée embarked on her legal career in 2006 as a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick. Following a period in private practice, she obtained her Master of Laws from the European Academy of Legal Theory in Brussels, Belgium.
Feeling the call of the Maritimes again, Andrée found herself entering the Nova Scotian legal community as she integrated into her role as Senior Will and Estate Planner for Scotia Private Client Group and as a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society. She now lives in beautiful Halifax and is an enthusiastic new member of the World Conference on Breast Cancer Foundation.
Andrée is a member of the Nova Scotia and New Brunswick branches of the Canadian Bar Association, as well as the Association des juristes d’expression française of both provinces
